Ello Rider Partner Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Ello Rider! These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation as a Delivery Partner on the Ello Rider platform (“Platform”), operated by Ello Rider Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By registering, accessing, or using the Partner application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility and Registration

To register as a Delivery Partner, you must be at least 18 years old, possess valid identification, a driving license, and a roadworthy vehicle. You must also maintain a valid bank account and smartphone to use the Partner App.

2. Partner Obligations

2.1 Conduct

Maintain professional and respectful behavior.
Follow traffic laws and safety regulations.
Handle deliveries with care.

2.2 Delivery Standards

Complete deliveries on time.
Confirm delivery via OTP or signature.
Report failed deliveries promptly.

3. Earnings and Payments

Delivery Partners are paid per delivery based on distance, demand, and incentives. Payments are processed weekly and credited to your registered bank account after applicable deductions.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, and platform content belong to Ello Rider Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misconduct, policy violations, or poor performance. Partners may also discontinue participation with prior notice.
